Here, we develop the project plan in collaboration with the customer, set up our internal project management systems, and onboard the client. We then hold a project kick-off meeting with the core project team to set expectations for the methodology, working style, and timeline.
Workstreams for each project are logically separated and handled separately. Workstreams go through an iterative process of Analysis & Design workshops, Configuration & Customization workshops, Solution Playback Reviews, and other workshops where specific requirements are discussed and mapped out (where you review what we have configured). User Acceptance Testing occurs at the conclusion of each stream, and any unfinished business is added to the project's overall punchlist.
The complete solution is examined and rigorously tested at this phase. Also, we create training materials and provide the necessary training materials (admin, super-user, end-user, etc).Afterwards we go on to Go-Live. Configuring the live system, transferring the solution, and data migration are all tasks included in this stage. There is a designated hyper-care period during which we are available to assist with any problems that arise during go-live.
After Go-Live, we offer a Managed Service Offering and a platform that manage all aspects of project management, technical consulting, user training, change requests, and development work.
